Quality Assurance Inspector HIRING NOW!
Starting pay: 17 to 22 hourly.
Hours: 6AM to 3:30PM 1st Shift
Hours: 6AM to 3:30PM 1st Shift
- Perform audit work activities, verify conformance of activities to quality control standards.
- Perform inspections.
- Utilize mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to use CMM.
- Read/ interpret customer prints, drawings and specifications.
- Process tags, rework tags and nonconforming material documents.
- Set gages for operators.
- Prep quality sheets and CMM programs.
Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in QS and ISO standards .
- CMM knowledge .
- Blueprint reading preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of GD&T .
- Understanding SAE ASME, ANSI, AMS, ASTM, FED-STD, MIL preferred.
- MS programs required.
- Basic blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, metrology, calibration and aided drafting and design.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
